I'm Olivia Armstrong (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#12424). I work from a trauma-informed, person-centred approach in order to help clients achieve change in a way that is meaningful for them. I strongly believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic space for all clients. 

My work in a helping profession began with my career as a Registered Nurse, and I have extensive experience working with older adults with mental health concerns and/or Dementia, as well as their care partners. While my background as a Registered Nurse contributes to my experience in a unique way, psychotherapy services are only offered under my license as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Nursing services, including psychotherapy under my nursing license, are not offered.
